Use of our website implies a willingness to understand and adhere to our terms and conditions in order to maximise your positive experience with our business.
By using this site you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set out below;

1). General
-The subtitles used within these terms and conditions are solely for the purpose of convenience for the reader and in no way affect their interpretation.
-Dawn’s Pets and Gardens reserve the right to change and update the terms of use on dawnspetsandgardens.co.uk and therefore recommend that all customers check the terms of use upon each visit to our site, as each visitor is bound by these terms during the use of the site.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place any orders and purchase products on the Website. A parent or guardian is required to accept these Terms and Conditions and place any orders for any person aged below 18.

2). Content
-Dawn’s Pets and Gardens does its utmost to keep all information updated and in line with current standards, however, we realise that some information could become outdated or incorrect. Through acceptance of these terms, you the customer are making an acknowledgment that such information could be incorrect or feature errors which we do not hold our business liable for. This means that any practical use of information from this website is at the user’s own discretion and they themselves are liable for the consequences of such action.  
-Any original content provided and uploaded by Dawn’s Pets and Gardens requires permission for replication and external use in order for fair use.
-All product names, details, photos, logos, and designs are trademarked and copyrighted by their respective owners (manufacturers/wholesalers). These have provided us with explicit permission to use their content.
-If the use of third-party content is requested by a visitor, we cannot provide direct permission for use.

3). Shipping/Delivery
-Dawn’s Pets and Gardens currently ships exclusively to customers within the United Kingdom.
-All orders made through this online store will be fulfilled at the point at which full payment has been received.
-If the product is displayed in stock, then the item will be shipped at the nearest shipping opportunity directly from our inventory.
-In the unlikely event in which Dawn’s Pets and Gardens suffer an inventory management failure and a product you have ordered and paid for becomes unavailable, we will directly contact you via email and discuss potential solutions. These include an order refund, alternative product replacement, or delayed delivery.
-Any order made before mid-day (12pm) will be dispatched on the same day, where possible. This excludes Wednesday, Sunday, and any Public/Bank holidays.
-Orders with Dawn’s Pets and Gardens will be fulfilled through one of four couriers; Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and Parcel Force depending on the weight, size, and delivery destination of each order. We reserve the right to change these if other options are deemed to be more advantageous to you, the customer.
-Upon order fulfilment you will receive a confirmation email showing the new status of your order.
-Delivery times are subject to a range of external factors which we are unable to control and therefore can only provide predictions based upon the courier service we have purchased. This timing can be affected by adverse events such as general strikes, severe weather problems, or general delivery delays such as public holidays, which we cannot be held accountable for.
-Dawn’s Pets and Gardens will follow up on cases in which clear product damage has been caused through the shipping and delivery process and will offer our services to resolve and offer reparations for such issues.
-Dawn’s Pets and Gardens purchases insurance with each delivery covering the cost of the package contents to mitigate against package damage or loss.
-In events in which packages are lost or delayed, we do not accept responsibility for any consequential damages or losses suffered by the customer. In such circumstances, we recommend that if you are made aware that a package of high urgency will not arrive on the expected date that you (the customer) make alternative arrangements.

5). Pricing & Prices
-All prices displayed through our website are inclusive of 20% VAT (Value Added Tax), as set by the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
-Once your order has been placed the price of products will remain unchanged, meaning the value of your order once made cannot be changed by us.
-Prices may vary for certain lines between purchases due to increased cost of manufacturer production and supply.
-All of our prices are on a retail basis and we currently offer no wholesale services to customers.

6). Order Cancellation
-Customers are able to cancel orders free of charge for the period prior to fulfilment, however, after the point in which orders are sent for delivery through our couriers, we can no longer accept cancellations.

7). Payment
-We accept payment at checkout via the integrated Stripe software which can process transactions from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay amongst others.

8). Click-and-Collect
-Our products are available to purchase online with the choice of collection at our in-store location.
-Our click-and-collect service at checkout is free of charge.
-We will hold orders in-store for 3 days after the order confirmation before contacting the customer to remind them of their purchase.
-Once ordered and payment is confirmed the customer’s order will be held separately at the shop on a shelf so it cannot be reordered by other customers or re-sold by us.

This extends to any other negative experiences the customer may have after accessing a link.
-When using third-party links, the customer is acting entirely at their own discretion, and Dawn’s Pets and Gardens does not accept any liability for damages or harm caused through the use of links that may be present on other websites.
